Our story...
InnerDrive Strategies, Inc. (formally InnerDrive Training & Development) began as a management training company offering services in presentation skills coaching, leadership development, diversity training, and training video production. The portfolio of services was expanded to include mystery shopping at the request of a client who wanted their training programs aligned with the results of their mystery shopper program.
Today, InnerDrive Strategies sets itself apart by working closely with our clients to conduct shopping audits and going beyond merely providing reports, to actually developing training programs that address specific deficiencies in the customer service provided by their organizations.

Javier is founder of InnerDrive Strategies and oversees the daily operation and growth of the company. In addition to managing InnerDrive Strategies Javier is a trainer with Dale Carnegie Associates and is certified to deliver the World Class Customer Service and the Skills for Success courses. A passionate educator, Javier is an adjunct faculty member at Cerritos College and Northwood University, where he teaches management courses. Javier holds a BA degree from UCLA and a Masters from the University of Southern California.

- Jose Garza, Video Production
Jose oversees every aspect of training video production. An engineer by training, Jose approaches the production process with a sharp eye for detail. He has worked for Disney Imagineering where he helped design and bring to life some of the most popular rides and animatronic attractions at Disney properties around the world. - Pattie Rodelli, Animator
Pattie is from Argentina and is an animator extraordinaire. She takes our clients' mascots and animates them for inclusion in training videos. If your company doesn't have a mascot, Pattie will create one for you and bring it to life! Some clients get a big kick out of seeing themselves animated and included in training videos. The result is a training video that will keep your employees awake and engaged, guaranteed!
